Paste a JSON array and download a ready-to-open CSV in seconds
Paste your JSON array into the left panel or drag in a .json file. The tool validates it immediately and shows the object count, estimated output size, whether nested objects are present, and max nesting depth. Choose your delimiter — comma, semicolon, tab, or pipe — then decide whether to include a header row and whether to flatten nested objects into dot-notation columns like user.address.city. Hit Convert and the CSV renders in the right panel. The progress bar tracks large files in 1,000-row chunks so the page stays responsive.
Array handling and why it matters for your data shape
The Array Handling dropdown controls what happens when a value in your JSON is itself an array. Stringify wraps it in quotes as-is. Join collapses it to a comma-separated string in one cell. Expand creates additional rows. Pick the option that matches how the downstream spreadsheet or database expects the data. Copy or Download CSV when done — both buttons appear once the conversion completes.
