Formats: ZIPJPGJPEGPNGWEBPBMP+1

Upload one or more JPG or JPEG files. The tool also accepts PNG, WebP, and BMP — they’ll all land in the output PDF. Drag uploaded items up or down in the queue to reorder before converting; that sequence becomes the page order.

Quality presets

Standard — high image quality with balanced compression. Good for most uses. High — HD quality, minimal compression; largest file size. Compressed — visibly lower quality; smallest file. The difference between Standard and High is subtle for photographs but noticeable on screenshots with fine text — test with your file if that matters for your use.

Page format and layout

Default keeps images at their natural pixel dimensions and creates pages sized to match. Fixed options are A4 Portrait, A4 Landscape, Letter Portrait, Letter Landscape, A3 Portrait, and A5 Portrait — images are scaled to fill the chosen paper size.

  • Auto — places images side-by-side or in a grid based on their dimensions.
  • One Image Per Page — each photo gets its own sheet.
  • Grid (2, 4, 6, 9) — packs that many images onto each page.

File size targeting

If you need the output under a specific KB limit (common for government portal uploads), switch Output Mode to a fixed target size. The tool adjusts JPEG quality internally to hit that ceiling. It’s approximate, not guaranteed to the byte — aim for 10–15% lower than the portal limit as a safety margin.
