CHOOSE FILES
(or drag them here)
LibreOffice Impress processes .pptx and .ppt files server-side. Slide text, speaker notes, embedded images, tables, charts, and SmartArt render into the PDF. Each slide maps to one PDF page at the original slide dimensions.
Fonts and why they matter
If your presentation uses a custom or brand font, make sure the font is embedded in the .pptx file before uploading. LibreOffice falls back to a substitute when it can’t find the original typeface, which shifts text positions and sometimes breaks layouts. In PowerPoint, go to File → Options → Save and check “Embed fonts in the file” before saving, then upload that copy.
Layout options
- Slides only
- One slide per page — the default.
- Slides with notes
- Each page shows the slide at the top and the speaker notes below — useful for printing presenter copies.
- Handout (2, 3, 4, 6, or 9 per page)
- Multiple slide thumbnails per page; the 3-per-page layout includes lines beside each thumbnail for handwritten notes.
Watermark and password
Watermark Text stamps a diagonal label across every output page — handy for marking handout copies as “Draft”. Password adds an open password that any viewer prompts for on first open. Neither field is required.
